Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Elevate HR, you will work with the rest of the team to support the end-to-end development of our HR platform, powering the future of people management. You will leverage AI-assisted rapid development to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions that empower organizations and HR professionals. This role requires not only technical expertise but also leadership in shaping our technology roadmap as we expand.

• Lead product development cycles from ideation to deployment and maintenance
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs powering our HR solutions
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces with an excellent user experience
• Implement secure and optimized database structures for HR data management
• Integrate AI-assisted features to improve automation, analytics, and platform intelligence
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship
• Stay updated on full-stack technologies and AI advancements to ensure continuous innovation
• Contribute to shaping Elevate HR's technical strategy and product vision

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer role
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next, or Vanilla Javascript) and backend technologies (Rust)
• Strong experience in Rust and React Native for Cross-platform application is a plus
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL in particular)
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations or automation tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, security, and scalability
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
